Pick up or delivery

You can either pick up your order personally from our showroom/shop at Fleischmanngasse 2/5A+6A, 1040 Vienna (entrance is around the corner on Wiedner Hauptstraße) or you can have your order delivered to your home. You will receive a tracking number from us so that you can track your order at any time.

Return/Exchange

You can return your products within 14 days. The best way to do this is to send us all the information by email to info@aponcho.at . If you return the product, you will have to pay for the return shipping yourself. If you exchange the product, we will cover the shipping costs for you. Once the product has been checked and is OK, we will refund the purchase price. Sale products and customized aponchos cannot be exchanged.
