You can purchase all aponchos and all other products available on the website in the showroom/shop. Both cash and debit card payments are possible here.
You are welcome to select "Pickup" when checking out in the online shop. After consultation (by phone or email) you can then pick up your order from our showroom/shop.
We update our showroom/shop opening hours from time to time. You can always find our current opening hours in the footer (at the very bottom of the website). If you don't have time during our opening hours, you can simply call us on +43 664 133 77 89 and come by on another day.
No, we offer several checkout options (e.g. direct bank transfer or credit card). PayPal Express always appears as the default checkout option. When you click on "Place your order", you can choose from the other checkout options.
If you are having trouble checking out, just give us a call. We will be happy to help you or accept your order via phone/email.
You can return your products within 14 days. The best way to do this is to send us all the information by email to info@aponcho.at . If you return an item, you will have to pay for the return shipping yourself. If you exchange an item, we will cover the shipping costs for you. Once the product has been checked and is OK, we will refund the purchase price. Sale products and customized aponchos cannot be exchanged.
You can wash your aponcho in the washing machine at up to 60 degrees. In general, aponchos should be treated and cared for like towels.
To protect the material and the environment, you can only wash your aponcho at 30-40 degrees. You will also find detailed care instructions in the side seam of your aponcho.
