General terms and conditions of business
Aponcho owns and operates this website. Clarissa Fritzsche is a member of the Austrian Federal Chamber. Access to and use of this website and the products and services available through this website are subject to the following terms and conditions.
1. Ordering process and conclusion of contract
1.1 The customer can select products from the seller's range without obligation and collect them in a so-called shopping cart by clicking on the "Add to cart" button.
1.2 The customer can complete the order process by clicking on the "Proceed to checkout" button.
1.3 By clicking the "Buy" button, the customer makes a binding offer to purchase the products in the shopping cart.
2. Offers & Services
The presentation of the products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather an invitation to place an order. Descriptions of services in catalogues and on the seller's websites do not constitute a representation or guarantee.
3. Warranty
The warranty is governed by Austrian law.
4 Return and refund conditions
4.1 Return
The customer has a right of return of 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the goods. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition in which it was received. 4.2 Refund
Once the item is received by Aponcho, it will be inspected and the customer will be notified of the receipt of the returned item. The buyer will be notified of the status of the refund promptly after inspecting the item. If the return is approved, a refund will be issued to the credit card (or original method of payment). The customer will receive the credit within a certain number of days depending on the card issuer's policies.
4.3 Shipping
The customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs to return the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. In the event of a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund.
4.4 Exclusion of the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to the delivery of goods that are manufactured according to customer specifications (custom aponcho).

6 Payment method
6.1 The customer can choose from the available payment methods "credit card", "Paypal" or "bank transfer".
6.2 If third parties are commissioned to process payments (e.g. Paypal), their general terms and conditions apply.
7 Prices
The prices listed on aponcho.at do not include shipping and packaging costs. The price includes 20% taxes. If export and/or import duties are charged during shipping, these are also borne by the buyer. The costs are calculated in euros.
8 Data protection
8.1 Aponcho uses all personal data for specific purposes and in accordance with legal requirements.
8.2 All data (name, email address, postal address, payment information) are used to fulfill the contract. This data is treated confidentially and is not passed on to third parties who are not involved in the ordering, delivery and payment process.
9 Place of jurisdiction
9.1 The exclusive place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from or in connection with the contractual relationship is Vienna, Austria.
